Purpose
A Book Page content object is used to provide users with a 'screenful' of information. It can most usefully be thought of as synonymous with a PowerPoint slide, or any other one-page presentation format. However, Book Pages have capabilities far beyond simply displaying information.
- A Book Page can contain text, images, and embedded video
- A Book Page can include various types of animation, which can be triggered via a timer, or various other actions (such as clicking on other objects).
- Book Pages can be grouped into a Book (which is conceptually similar to a PowerPoint presentation). You can also use a Text Unit to structure a collection of Book Pages.
- A Book Page is a single, uniquely-referencable unit of information, so can be used in multiple Books, or independently of a Book - such as within a Simulation.
